Sacred Rage is a 1-day Men's Workshop.

Throughout the day you will learn concepts to deepen your understanding about power and Masculine leadership

You will also be invited to participate in the embodiment experiences.

This workshop is designed to challenge you emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually.

Many men do not have access to appropriate spaces where they can work with their emotions. This workshop is designed specifically for Men who wish to process stuck emotions and reignite the fire within. This fire (a mans innate power) once reignited can then be used to make bold decisions and show up as a better husband, father, brother and member of community.

We break this workshop up into two categories

-> Theory

-> Experience

We believe it is important to provide context through the theory parts of the workshop so when we do step into one of the experiences you know what it is you are saying Yes to.

Sacred Rage is for the Man who feels he has had his power taken away from him.

The man who wants to be both challenged and celebrated.

You are the man who is one, some, or all of the following...

- Struggles to feel emotions

- Feels caged by modern society.

- Looking for direction in life.

-Open to being called forward.

-Craving to be challenged.

-Aware he can not do it alone.

-Willing to fail & recommit.

-Wanting to know what he is truly capable of.

AND... Knows that something needs to shift.

This workshop is 18+.

Due to the nature of the content and the process we facilitate, this workshop is for men 18 years or older.

- Water bottle.
- Notebook + Pen.

- Snacks (we fast for the majority of the day so please being snacks if you feel you will need them).

OPTIONAL: Sacred item for the altar, A small item that has meaning to you e.g. photo, crystal, feather, ring etc.

All men are welcome to join.

In previous years we have had people with special needs join us with their support worker.

Every activity is an invitation. 

If you do not feel comfortable participating in one or more of the activities you are welcome to do so.

If you wish to step away from one of the activities you must let one of our facilitators know.

This way all men are accounted for and we can ensure you are supported appropriately.

After the Workshop, you will be encouraged to go gently and make loads of space for integration. We recommend taking the following day off.

Payment for a ticket may be eligible for a partial refund if cancelled 7 days or more before the beginning of the event, you will receive a 50% refund of the payment minus a $50.00 admin fee

Any fees charged for tickets are non-refundable.

Aside from cancellation, Your ticket can be transferred to another man without any fee, provided we are notified of the man's name in writing (via email) no later than 24 hours before the event begins.
